I conduct the majority of the training out of a private airport community where I live. It is called Eagles Nest (T56) We do not practice pattern work at Eagles Nest; we use various public airports in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area for that part of the training. There are several hotels nearby. Look in Midlothian, Cider Hill or Waxahachie Texas : I hear good things about the Holiday Inn Express in Waxahachie And the Courtyard by Marriott in Midlothian Texas. Both about 15-20 mi. drive to me.
